Wood Glue if you want it to be permanently assembled.
Any Laser safe material 1/4 (0.2 inch exact) (stock size, may need resized if using different thickness material)
Slot and joint size made for 0.2 inch thick material (you may need to resize slots and joints if you use a different thickness or want a tighter fit)
Results will vary based on material used
